Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Bō™ Cosmetics online purchase, simply return any unused product within fourteen (14) days from shipping date, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase (original shipping, return shipping and credit card processing fees are not refundable. Pro Membership purchases are non-refundable.

 

You may also exchange your purchase for other Bō™ Cosmetics products. Please follow the instructions on the invoice enclosed with your order to complete your return or exchange.

Please mail your return/exchange in a prepaid, insured, traceable method for your protection and to insure prompt delivery to the address above. If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please mark "Gift Return" on the front of the invoice.

 

Please Note: Original shipping, return shipping and credit card processing fees are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Only items purchased on BoCosmetics.com will be accepted for return or exchange.

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at (301) 666-3381. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

 

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

We are unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and U.S. Territories). If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your order.
